This is my blog about losing weight.

Weight loss is very hard but it can be made much easier with an understanding about our mind-body connection, then the process becomes much more manageable.  My studies in psychology combined with my Master’s Degree in Nutrition have given me the tools to help you achieve your weight loss goals.

 

One of the most important aspects of weight loss is planning. Sounds simple but it is actually very complicated.
