In order for you to achieve the maximum success possible, you must be prepared to devote 6 weeks to the most important person in your life.... YOU.

This program is different because it is  designed by  highly qualified nutritionist Simone Manne. Most weight loss programs are created  by prople who have with little scientific understanding of how the body works and the role of nutrition in weight loss and well being. Often these people can do more harm than good. At the same the program has been created to  maximise the benefits of exercise in helping your body to learn to maximise its fat burning. The final component of the program is the psychological aspects of weight loss. This is seen as a key aspect of achieving great results. This program involves:

  • A 6 week Energym gym membership
  • A nutritional assessment/overhaul.  This is done via email contact each day with our nutritionist.
  • One personal Training/Movtivational session with a qualified trainer per week.
  • A set daily program

This program requires you to be able to set aside the time to come to the gym at least 5 times a week.  It will be intense, but it will definitely be worth it.
