Our children’s program has been very carefully researched and structured to give your child life skills that will assist him or her in many ways.

We build confidence , resilence, focus , self esteem and concentration in our students as well as the ability to defend and counter the very real physical threats that exist in the world today. We teach our students to recognise,avoid and defend against threats.

We offer a very structure syllabus, developed differently for age groups.

The Ninjas are our youngest group, aged from 4 up to 10 years of age.

Ninja Kittens are an integral part of our Karma Army @ Energym.  Ninja Kittens is a specialised training group for Kids Karate. 

One of the key benefits is self-confidence that can be found in this training group of Kids Karate.  Using techniques of positive reinforcement, children accelerate in learning and their confidence.

With an approach of nurture and discipline, children thrive in this environment.
